- Notifications will be sent by email by Friday February 9th, 2018.
- Accepted artists will be mailed Contracts by Monday February 12th, 2018.
- $120 booth fees and contracts are due Thursday March 1st, 2018.
- Refund Deadline Friday, March 16th, 2018.
2017 Award Winners are invited back. They do not need to jury in or pay $25 jury fee. Winners do need to fill out application and send images by Jan. 31th. Also contracts and $120 booth fee due by Thursday March 1st.
Artist's Contracts will need to specify booth dimensions, booth location requests, electricity needs, and indication of participation in art raffle donation, and the festival eve buffet on Saturday April 7th.
Important note on booth spaces
Our Festival is in the atrium of the Noel Fine Arts Building at UW-SP. Some booths are placed in unique spaces that do not fit 10x10’ booths. Booth spaces are approx. 8’wide by x10’ deep. Due to the organic floor plan, some spaces are wider and shallower than this. If you have a display with fixed dimensions, please note on the contract. Let us know how flexible your booth space can be or how not. We have very limited 10x10" spaces. Only booth displays with systems that are not flexible , simliar to Flourish Mesh Panels, that require your tent frame, will be given those 10x10" booth spaces first.
